Get Busy Living...

So the previous occupant moved out in August and left the space pretty much as it had been, with some minor renovations over the years.  Looking at it was a little daunting considering I had spent time, money, and labor on creating another more comfortable space in our 4,000SF loft.  It was a much smaller footprint, roughly a 150SF but had all the luxurious trimmings like electrical, that a majority of the loft doesn't share.  Anyway, while it wasn't the best timing we decided to go for it anyway.  Paying rent on two spaces, buying materials, putting some jobs on the back burning, and building out a space that would be ready to move into with only 15 days to do it made it a little overwhelming for me.   It was going to take a lot to make this space cozy and comfortable as well as functional.
